District Manager in Training* - (Holyoke, MA)

POSITION DESCRIPTION District Manager in Training assists the District Manager (DMIT)in the management and supervision of the district through establishing and maintaining offices, hiring, training and evaluating district associates. Shares responsibility with the District Manager to ensure that policies and procedures are followed in each supervised office to ensure client satisfaction through a consistent positive background. DMIT engages in training to ultimately oversee the operation of a given number of Tax Retail offices within a specified geographic area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the District Manager in the operation and management of the district to ensure successful implementation of Company policy and procedures across assigned tax offices. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and on-going supervision of seasonal and off- season associates within the district. Responsible for associate acquisition and retention through creative and prescribed methods.
