Full-time permanent MLT position in a hospital setting in Davenport, Iowa Performs pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical processes for moderate and high complexity testing for waived, moderate, and high complexity testing. Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers. Initiates and maintains positive relationships with co-workers. Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values. Job responsibilities: Graduate of an approved training program and registry eligible. Demonstrates strong people skills and great communication abilities both written and verbal, as well as, exhibiting strong management expertise and work ethic. Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Basic computer data entry skills.
