Fish Health Specialist - (Webster City, IA)

The role of Fish Health Specialist is a senior leadership position in the operations team, working alongside and collaboratively the Facilities Manager and Operations Manager, all of whom report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Fish Health Specialist will also have some administrative and analytical support (Aquaculture Data Analyst). The Fish Health Specialist is responsible for all aspects of fish health, including animal welfare, feed and water quality management for our corporate nursery and grow-out facilities, as well as our designated grower farms. In addition, the Fish Health Specialist is also responsible for all fish health testing (routine and otherwise) including reporting and permitting requirements.
