Production Manager - (Fremont, OH)

Graham Packaging, a leading innovator in plastic packaging is looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Manager . This individual will be responsible for directing supervisors and assigned personnel within the Production Department. Coordinating production activity in a manner that results in the production of quality product in a safe and cost effective manner. Work with scheduling to ensure that an effective production plan is developed and executed consistent with plant procedures, customer service qualifications, and plant objectives. This position will be located in our Fremont, OH Plant RESPONSIBILITIES: Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices. Works with supervisors to oversee all Production department personnel/HR issues including: hiring, reviews, recognition, disciplinary, attendance, and grievances.
