The provider can be either a family practice or internal medicine doctor. They must be either board certified or board eligible. If board eligible, must have completed residency in the last four years. The provider will need to have a current and unrestricted state license, current BLS, ACLS, and DEA. The doctor will be working in an out-patient clinic setting seeing 12-17 patients per day. The clinic is open Monday thru Friday from 8am-430pm. This need does expect to have any call or overtime required.
