Green Ridge Customer Service (Thur. & Sun.) - (Roanoke, VA)

Looking for reliable, customer service-friendly, outgoing anddedicated staff. Set schedule with opportunity for extra pick-up hours, if desired. Come work for a great team! Performs work of moderate difficulty in assisting internal and external customers with requests for details or services and in resolving customer requests, complaints or problems; maintains customer accounts and interprets center policies and procedures. Work is performed under general supervision, often using independent judgment to resolve situations.Performs related work and other duties as assigned. Must be available to work Thursdays 3:45pm - 8:00pm and Sundays 9:45am - 5:15pm. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Delivers uncompromising customer service responding immediately to customer requests, inquiries, and concerns. Works directly with the public in person and on the phone demonstrating great communication abilities in a warm and friendly manner.
