Position overview The New Graduate RN supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality while providing compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with YRMC established policies, operating practices, guidelines and national standards of care. YRMC will have positions for new grads in critical care and our emergency department. Job Requirements Preferred Requirements: Min 3.0 GPA from a nursing school General or skilled nursing background, not to exceed 12 mons BSN Necessary background: Graduate from an accredited nursing program within twelve months of the application period RN license (AZ or compact state) required prior to the start of the program Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider certification American Heart Association ACLS and/or PALS certification (for critical care units) obtained prior to the successful completion of the RN New Graduate Program Excellent people skills and the
