Comp Resource Group has been retained to help locate a Medical Technologist and/or Medical Laboratory Technician to work in the Rochelle IL area.Hospital will consider a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Associate€™s Degreed or Bachelor€™s Degreed Technician/Technologist COMPENSATION - Associate€™s degree is $15.55 - $23.33 depending on background. - 2nd shift differential is $2 per hour. - third Shift differential is $3 per hour. - Bachelor€™s degree is $20 - $30 depending on background. - Weekend differential is $3 additional. SCHEDULE:8 straight ten hour days on (Tuesday-Tuesday)6 straight days off. Hours are 2:30p-1:00a. BENEFITS - It€™s an 80/20 plan after deductible - Most services at the Hospital are covered at 100% after deductible. - Longterm Disability paid by the Company.
