International Tax Professional - (Kansas City, MO)

JOB DESCRIPTION H&R Block (HRB) is seeking an International Tax Professional to join our Corporate Tax team. This position is located at our world headquarters location in downtown Kansas City, Missouri and will report directly to the Director of International Tax. Compensation is negotiable, based on the background and skills of each candidate. Critical responsibilities and tasks involve the following: Assisting with the execution and implementation of HRB's international tax strategies, including functional analysis of HRB's value driving activities, tax attributes, and capital structure. Analyzing tax implications of company operations, organizational structure changes, business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. Performing tax research and preparing technical memoranda on topics relevant to HRB's domestic and international tax profiles. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external advisors on international tax projects.
