Director of Laboratory Services Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, Ohio is currently seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) Director of Surgical Services. The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining standards and practices that enhance the departmental programs. The Director of Surgical Services is also responsible for achieving stability and innovative methods for continuous improvement in the quality and budget management for each area. Leadership qualities, human resource management, and people skills are all vital in this position. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required as well as a current RN licensure in the State of Ohio. 5 to 7 years of managerial background along with surgical background wanted.
