Maintenance Technician - Building & Grounds - (Superior, WI)

About this Opportunity: The Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining AMSOIL owned structures, lighting, and HVAC equipment. Also, this person will complete minor carpentry and building repairs, painting, and be responsible for the general interior and exterior appearance of the property. Qualifications/Expectations: Responsibilities: The Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician will monitor all HVAC systems for proper operation, conduct any repairs necessary and replace filters. Other assignments include painting, lawn care, snow removal (including plowing and shoveling), light construction projects, electrical system repairs, operating equipment (i.e. Bobcat, plow, truck, frontend loader, snowblower), and repairing minor plumbing fixtures and components.
