About this Opportunity: The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for trouble shooting and repairing production machinery; both electrical and mechanical including fabrication duties. Qualifications/Expectations: Responsibilities: Support production in the setup of packaging lines for more accurate, swift startups, monitor operations of production equipment and respond to requests for repair in an efficient and timely manner, perform mechanical fabrication for projects, troubleshoot and install new mechanical and electrical equipment, read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics. Qualifications include: High-school degree or equivalent Min 5yrs industrial, mechanical, or electrical background Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude Prior use of MIG and SMAW welding procedures Metal fabrication background Pipe Welding background Experience in installation and repair of pumps
