PreK Teacher The Champaign County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) is an intergovernmental membership organization that provides and administers a variety of planning, community & economic development, early childhood education and community services for Champaign and surrounding counties. As a multi- purpose agency, RPC delivers 100 different programs and services with a team of over 200 employees. RPC is currently seeking a PreK Teacher to join our Champaign County Head Start TEAM! CCHS serves children from birth to 5 yrs-old. Min Requirements: • Expertise to fulfill all DCFS requirements, including a physical and criminal experience investigation • Valid Illinois Type four Early Childhood Teaching Certificate or Illinois Teaching Certificate with an endorsement for birth to 8 yrs/Grade 3 • Experience with preschool children preferred • Expertise to lift children • Multilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Status: Substitute/Temporary Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
