Hi Role :: Lead Instructional Designer Location :: Portland ,OR JD :: Purpose: Design, write, create, edit, and maintain technology and process training assets, including embedded performance support, integrated micro-lessons, job aids, presentations, and web-based training. Functions: * Reviews and analyzes project requirements and use cases * Interviews subject matter experts and end users * Performs gap and task analyses * Defines scope of work * Writes training plans, design plans, storyboards, and scripts * Develops various job aids in a variety of formats * Embeds learning and user performance support within application Help * Participates in formal review and validation meetings * Writes and electronically formats documents to adhere to established department standards * Structures deliverables for localization and produces localized versions * Works independently
