Job duties Assist in the design and drafting of custom Hampton's homes and small commercial properties. Person should have an education in architecture. Present design proposals to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and explain relevant info, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language. Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
