Chief Operating Officer - (Port Angeles, WA)

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides management and oversight of the organization and is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Olympic Medical Center. This position has overall responsibility for program planning, fiscal management, administration and operation of organizational functions, programs and activites. The position assists the CEO in implementing the organizations strategic plan and acts in the absence of the CEO. The COO will exercise management responsibility over the organization ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, providers, the public and the staff. This will either be done directly or through delegation of responsibility to the management staff. REQUIREMENTS AND EQUIPMENT COMPETENCIES EDUCATION Bachelors degree required.
