Job DescriptionRed River Youth Academy is currently recruiting for a Full time Maintenance Worker to work as a member of our facility---s team. The primary duty of the Maintenance Worker is perform facility maintenance duties for facility including repairs, enhancements, special projects and maintenance to buildings and grounds. The custodian also assists staff with special projects involving room setups, moving office furniture, etc.; ensures emergency systems & equipment are operating at max performance at all times; assists in conducting fire drills, annual and monthly inspections of equipment, and other required emergency tests and drills.Duties include:-- Assists staff with special projects involving room setups, moving office furniture, etc.-- Ensures emergency systems & equipment are operating at max performance at all times-- Assists in conducting fire drills, annual and monthly inspections of equipment
