Under general supervision, ensures that adequate quality services are provided to assigned population groups and that all regulatory guidelines and standards relating to individual projects are followed by service providers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Arranges and schedules project services and care providers for assigned population groups to optimize use of available talent and resources, and, as necessary, provides project services to clients. * Supervises the actions of an assigned group of service providers, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, etc. * Develops training programs that specifically address individual project needs or problematic areas. * Provides orientation materials and details to personnel regarding organizational goals and procedures, applicable regulations and standards, and care administration techniques and procedures.
