Job DescriptionThe AETNA Training team is responsible for training Healthcare needs for a highly respected Healthcare provider. This position will be in multiply Lines of Business. In this role you will aid the staff in training with balancing Aetna client regulations. Primary functions of the Trainer consist of: Reviewing assigned training, interpreting policies pertaining to the program. Collecting and documenting details pertaining to the training based off the policies and regulations. Leveraging both internal & external knowledge for training. Leveraging & escalating when necessary gaps pertaining to training. Expertise to work in a fast paces environment. Extreme attention to detail and ownership is required. Heavy coaching/mentoring background required.
