Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to hire an Area Sales Director - $250k/year - Medical Service Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue and develop residential relationships. OUTSIDE SALES BACKGROUND IS A PLUS!THERESIDENCEEXCHANGE.COM specializes in assisting individuals and their loved ones to transition into a Residence Exchange home. We are a great alternative to nursing facilities for families. There are multiple benefits available for the elderly and disabled with our services placing these individuals back into the community and LIVING AGAIN! We have a ratio of two to 1 for care giving which is 1 of the lowest in the country. With our Residential Care System, our Residents retain approx 70% OF THEIR MONTHLY INCOME!!!!!We also work with Property Owners, investors, and Real Estate entrepreneurs, for a longterm commitment, within our program, in which we pay 125% of rental rate.
