Responsibilities: Review and approve HVAC Engineering on current and upcoming projects Ensure accuracy and adherence to all AR HVAC Building Code qualifications Look for Value Engineering areas to discuss with Owners and General Contractors Train Junior Engineers and DesignersRequirements: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Professional Engineering License 8+ years of HVAC Engineering background Large commercial project background including hospitals, schools, among others Large Industrial project background including industrial plantsPreferred: LEED AP Certification Design software knowledge: AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit Engineering and Load Calculation software knowledge: Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, eQuest
