Reservation Sales Associate - (Eagle Lake, FL)

We are hiring for a Reservation Sales Associate! About Us We manage over 150 vacation rental properties from condos and town homes to 3-6 bedroom private pool homes all located in the Disney area. Our company has been operating since 2005, we are a 1 Stop Shop for our owners providing management services of their privately owned vacation rentals as well as getting reservations for these homes. Position details Reservations Sales Associates main responsibility is to convert leads into reservations for our large inventory of vacation rental homes as well as assist guests regarding their confirmed reservations and resolving customer issues. Reservation leads are received via emails and phone calls as well as our web sitechat and in person. Must be comfortable with outbound sales calls. Responsibilities Securing future guest reservations by managing our in-bound and out-bound leads. Quickly follow up with guest inquiry leads to obtain bookings.
