You will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation. MUST HAVE HIGH VOLUME RESTAURANT BACKGROUND (Min $5 Million)Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 plus benefits (after 90 days), PAID-TIME-OFF, and paid vacation (after 90 days)Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day culinary operations Coordinate food and kitchenware orders Check freshness and quality of ingredients Assist in the development of menu items Standardize recipes and plate presentations Work with management to create a memorable background for guests Must be able to work in a high volume restaurant ($10 Million+)Requirements: Previous background in culinary arts, cooking
