We specialize in Organizational Change Management and Enterprise Details Technology Implementation and Services.We are seeking a Server Administration - Computer Programmer Level II to support The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) that provides program management, engineering, technical, and logistic support to U.S. Navy ship systems and equipment. NSWCPD Department twenty is responsible for the program management and oversight of all NSWCPD tasking, execution, deliverables, and expenditures. To execute these responsibilities, Department twenty uses two (2) web based applications developed for and owned by NSWCPD. These applications are referred to within NSWCPD as Metrics and Program Management (MPM) and Availability Planning Tool (APT).
