Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Preparing and filing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications with the National Visa Center and U.S. Embassies. Preparation and filing of pleadings and applications for relief before immigration courts. Preparation and filing of various immigration forms before various federal agencies including DHS, USCIS, ICE, CBP, etc. Preparing, collecting, and managing documentation requested in support of various immigration applications and petitions. Assist with translations. Summarize cases. Update clients on progress of their case and answer their questions.
