Market Hall Bakery is looking for a masterful production manager. This position necessitates a can-do, hands-on leader of a two-location, 35-person production team. This team is responsible for producing quality breads, pastries, cakes and cookies. The production manager mentors will coach staff, while ensuring food safety and process controls are being followed. three - 5+ years of hands-on, management experience within a food production environment, preferably within the baking or related industry Demonstrated expertise to supervise and mentor hourly production associates Current knowledge of process controls and industry standards Past background training associates in safe work practices Knowledge of food sanitation processes, procedures, and standards such as Steritech/ServSafe A string understanding of working within a budget and meeting sales goals.
