Job DescriptionBuyer/Production Control Coordinator needed. 8a-5p, M-F. $17-$20/hr. 90-Day Contract.Position description:Responsible for compiling details and records to prepare purchase orders by consulting catalogs, vendors, internet, etc. to obtain up-to-date pricing details. Analyzes system generated supply & demand and purchase recommendations to ensure purchase orders placed and material is delivered to support demand. Also compiles and records prices, deliveries and items purchased. Copying data and compiling records and reports Operating computer terminal to input and retrieve data Data entry of all purchase orders Reviewing requisitions Conferring with vendors to obtain product or service details such as price, availability, and delivery schedules Other tasks or duties as may be assigned by supervisor Performing other duties as assigned Classifying and consolidating data from various sources, forms, charts, schedules, etc., to produce reports of technical nature Maintaining, cataloging
