Job DescriptionShift: #1-DaysMonday-Friday from 4:00 am- 12:30 pm(Flexibility and some Weekends required)Job summary:This position is a critical component to HOPE’s Revenue generation and success! This position would manage the production floor from end to end. This entails full-time on the floor direct management of the production staff and shift leaders, coordinates with QA and Maintenance teams, and has great analytical abilities. This Manager must have good people skills, be customer service oriented and have great multi-tasking skills. This position is a Production Management Position.Applicant will possess a basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP and SQF principles along with lean manufacturing.Assignments include: Direct management of the production staff and facility from 4 am- 12:30 pm. Working on the floor +80% of the shift to drive continuous improvement. Drive effective toll processing operations- looks for savings and ensure safety is #1.
