Commercial Marketing Associate The Commercial Programs Associate will lead definition, development, and management of key commercial programs, including end customers and channel partners. The role is critical to the company commercial programs launch and on-going development and management. This role will be responsible for supporting channel growth by providing leadership, planning, execution and best practice approaches.Primary ResponsibilitiesBridge customer-facing programs with product management, marketing, services, support, technology and solution partners to create complete program solutions;Develop cross-functional customer engagement model, including internal process flows and FAQsDevelop and maintain processes for sales channel programs.
