Data Analytics, Internal Audit - (Chicago, IL)

General Responsibilities The data analytics auditor is responsible for supporting the performance of auditing through the use of data analytics tools and techniques, including data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools coupled with data visualization tools. The analytics auditor will help to define standard data inquiry/visualization methodologies and protocols and apply such to field audits, process audits, and special investigations. The analytics auditor’s main tasks will be to support audit teams through the identification of applicable data sources, gathering relevant data, normalizing and preparing data for analysis, and performing targeted data queries to identify anomalies, out-of-policy conditions, and deliver impactful insights to audit teams and key stakeholders.
