This short-term acute care facility has over 175 beds and is regarded as 1 of the most prestigious medical centers in the region. The Director of Facilities will be guided by the COO as well as the CFO. The Director of Facilities will provide leadership and direction for the work of others. The Facilities Director will also be reliable and have good judgment based on their extensive background to maintain the medical centers prestige. The Director of Plant Management would oversee contractors for facility renovation, including mechanical, and electrical. The Director of Facilities will manage the maintenance of the medical centers grounds and building. The Director will oversee the work of other contractors for the renovation of the facility.
