PM Server - Radisson Hotel La Crosse Job - (La Crosse, WI)

The role of the Server is to serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely, courteous, efficient and accurate manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork. Additional assignments include: -Provide excellent service to our guests at all times; -Accurately take guest orders and enter into computer system; -Answer guest questions regarding food items, beverages, special promotions, etc. -Ensure that all product served is accounted for on the final bill prior to presentation; -Verify guest satisfaction with each table during each course served; -Provide service throughout the guests dining experience and anticipate guest needs; -Following the posted opening and closing duties and side work sheet; - Min of 1yr experience in a similar position; -Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; -Possess an in depth knowledge of food and preparation; -Able to work 4pm - 10pm, variable days and weekends.
