Banquet Server Job - (La Crosse, WI)

Position overview Job assignments: The Radisson Hotel La Crosse is looking for part-time and on call banquet servers. This position is responsible for providing 100% guest satisfaction and exceeding guest expectations by: Giving personal attention, taking personal responsibility and using teamwork when providing guest service Sets tables in accordance with Carlson Managed Hotels standard Prepares order for presentation to guest Serves food, coffee, water and other beverages; refills beverages as needed Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware Cleans banquet room and banquet kitchen area during and after banquet functions Job qualifications: Must be able to carry trays with heavy loads of dinnerware, glassware and silverware Must be able to walk long distances carrying trays Able to stand for long periods of time Excellent spoken communication expertise to work with co-workers as a team and exceed guest expectations.
