Position details: Performing top quality service while assuming full responsibility for operations of the restaurant during your scheduled shift. Provide timely, accurate and friendly service to our guests while ensuring 100% accuracy. Summary of Essential Job Functions: Greet all customers; present menu and administer order for all. Maintain knowledge on available items on menu and ensure optimal level of services to customers. Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards. Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues; ensure appropriate record of all customer orders to ensure no discrepancies in billing. Work with other staff as a team. Knowledge & Skills: Cash handling and register/computer knowledge; must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time; be able to lift up to 35 pounds.; able to multi-task and operate independently; knowledge of culinary terminology.
