Camp and Retreat Food Service Manager Job - (Neshkoro, WI)
The Lake Lucerne Food Service Manager shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, and carrying-out camp and retreat food service. Regular Duties: 1. Plan nutritious, delicious, well-balanced menus for meals and snacks. 2. Order and purchase food and supplies to provide planned food service. 3. Assist Site Director in hiring part time employees. 4. Create work schedule and assign work hours to kitchen employees 5. Manage property development and maintenance needs. 6. Serve as head cook. 7. Provide accommodation for those with allergies and special diets. 8. Arrange for the proper care, maintenance, and regular cleaning of kitchen equipment. 9. Implement all state and local health department regulations as well as American Camp Association accreditation standards.
