Job DescriptionMillennia Housing Management Ltd. is an industry innovator in the affordable housing property management industry. We are looking for a Custodian for an apartment community in Cleveland, OH to assist in keeping the community clean and attractive for residents and visitors. This is a 1st shift, full time (40 hours/week) position and is eligible for benefits. This role will focus in cleaning duties with some light maintenance and may assist in grounds/landscaping duties as well as basic maintenance duties.Custodial/Janitorial background in a residential setting is preferred but not required. Must be a self starter and have the expertise to work autonomously. In addition to performing light maintenance tasks, Custodians are responsible for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and sidewalks and driveways of property in a clean and safe condition. The successful applicant will have one to three years in similar work. Reliable transportation is a must.
