Park Bank is embarking on an executive search process to hire a Senior Vice President, Retail Banking. The Senior Vice President, Retail Banking reports to the Bank's President, and directly supervises staff responsible for the range of the Bank's retail and consumer business functions: Retail branch management Retail banking support services Electronic banking Assignments include: Overall responsibility for the Bank's branch network, including the implementation of strategies and establishment of goals to achieve growth, profit and operational efficiency. Overall direction, guidance, and support to Branch Managers. Implementation of appropriate policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective branch operations. Development of new products and services to improve the market share and increase deposit volume to achieve the Bank's overall deposit goals. Collaboration with the Bank's marketing team in developing, implementing and marketing new products and services.
