Director of Patient Care Home Health Services - (Randsburg, CA)

A small Medical Center in rural Southern California is actively seeking a Hospice Director of Clinical Services to join their team! This small Medical Center is dedicated to providing home care services to patients of their community and strives to maintain the highest level of comfort and independence. The Home Health Director of Clinical Services will oversee the hospitals Home Health Services that include a skilled nursing facility, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The Home Health Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Home Health Director is directly responsible for evaluating the operations of the regional Home Health Services and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiencies. The Clinical Home Health Director will evaluate the regions Home Health Services and promote performance and quality improvement, staff development, strategic goals and create new initiatives to enhance the Home Health Department.
