Mortgage Loan Officer Position: Mortgage Loan Officer Type: Full-time Location: Goldsboro, NC Originate residential mortgage loan production. Implement loan programs offered by the Bank and its approved investors.Primary Duties: Originate and interview prospective customers regarding mortgage loans and provide requested details regarding the Banks and its investors lending policies and practices. Establish marketing plan with a strong emphasis in establishing a sales referral system with targeted real estate professionals. Perform sales calls on Realtors, builders and other prospective customers. Build a business relationship with clients and establish repeat referrals for mortgage loan production. Assist and collaborate closely with Operations Support Staff in the processing, underwriting, closing and post closing review areas. Be knowledgeable and thoroughly understand all mortgage loan products and services offered by the Bank and its investors.
