Job assignments: The E-Commerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting our Web Team with customer service inquiries with orders placed on-line. Provide outstanding customer service on telephone. Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the product line. Place and fill orders for customers as needed. Assist customers with questions, problem resolution and complaints via email and phone. Work with external shipping companies to create, track and trace packages and file claims.
