Chef de Cuisine (3) - (Blacksburg, VA)
Chef de Cuisine (3) Dietrick (2) and Owen's Comissary (1) are each seeking Chefs De Cuisine to assist with supervision and management of a large university dining center and self-branded concepts under the direction of the Executive Chef. Prepares recipes and ensures food productions are of the highest standards of quality, taste, creativity, presentation, and variety while maintaining high levels of customer service at all times. Qualifications: Certified nutrition, hospitality management, culinary training, and/or bakery training is required. Eligibility of Chef de Cuisine through ACF. Graduate of an accredited culinary program with a min of an AS degree, or equivalent related experience. Considerable knowledge of commercial kitchen and food service operations including menu planning and schedule production, automated food ordering, preparation, set-up, pricing, merchandising, presentation, and maintenance.
