Act Dual Disorder Specialist II - (Greensburg, PA)

ACT DUAL DISORDER SPECIALIST II: Supports the Agency mission statement in assisting consumers to resolve problems and improve functioning, and contributes to the Agency's capacity to serve the individual, families and communities' needs. The Dual Disorder Specialist must have full certification as an addictions counselor or a co-occurring disorders professional by a statewide certification body (in Pennsylvania , CAC, CADC, or CCDP) which is a member of a National Certification Body (NCAC-1, NCAC-II, MAC) or certified by another state government's certification board, shall be designated the role of Dual Disorder specialist(s). Education and Training: Master's Degree in Social Work, counseling, psychology, clinical license, or license eligibility is preferred. Co-occurring diplomat certification (Pennsylvania), or Master in addiction counseling (National) certification preferred, as well for this position.
