Accounts Receivable Representative The Carle Foundation is seeking full time Accounts Receivable Representatives to become part of our team of dedicated professionals. Accounts Receivable is responsible for reviewing claims for accuracy and resolving claim edits as needed. Representatives follow-up on outstanding claims and complete basic appeals. They also answer, document and complete inquiries from patients, insurance companies, public agencies and internal departments. Associate's degree is preferred. one year of healthcare related customer service background is preferred. Successful applicants will possess strong technical skills with the expertise to work within multiple billing systems. This job requires good written and spoken communication with attention to follow-thru.
