This applicant will be capable of positively motivating the team through his or her leadership and high standards. The Assistant Plant Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and the CEO. Shift: Monday - Friday; 10am Some of the primary duties for this position : Plans and directs all production activities in conjunction with the Plant Manager. Establishes priorities in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. Develops budget and cost controls for all plant operational activities. Assists with selecting and training of all new hires. Assist with creating a productive yet fun working atmosphere for all associates. Qualifications: Proven leadership skills and interpersonal skills. Outstanding communication expertise. High-level of issue solving abilities.
