Opportunity Council Early Achievers (EA) Technical Assistance Specialist-Child Care Aware of NW Washington- (3)F/T w/Benefits- Positions based in Bellingham, Skagit, & Everett/Snohomish offices. EA is Washington's Quality Rating and Improvement System intended to raise the quality of education & care provided to children in licensed child care. Provides essential services & site technical assistance, focuses on enrollment, program self assessment, access to required trainings & implementation of content, understanding quality standards, and preparation for successful site evaluation/rating. CCA of NW WA serves Island, San Juan, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties. This position's compensation may be entitled to a geographic enhancement to the standard scale.
