We offer an uncomplicated hotel background, with the promise to give the highest level of customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services Team. Our Team is committed to delivering quality service, competitive value, and exemplifying Hilton Standards. ESSENTIAL TASKS: Greet all customers who approach the Front Desk in a smiling,friendly manner. Check-in arriving guests in the most efficient manner possible, following all established procedures. Check-out departing guests in the most efficient manner possible, following all established procedures and polices. Review arriving reservations for the day early in the shift, checking for special requests, VIP’s, etc., preassigning rooms as necessary. Pre-register groups that have requested pre-registration.
