Engineer IV, Project - (Wilson, NC)

Responsible for the management and execution of all Engineering and project related activities carried out within the assigned areas of responsibility. This includes the management of internal company resources, (assets, financial and personnel), external professional engineering, design and other firms as part of the execution of equipment, facility, or utility modification / upgrade, or expansion projects. This direct management responsibility includes all support activities and functions necessary to ensure successful completion of project / or Engineering objectives. This position is for an engineer with core skill sets in electrical, mechanical, structural engineering and automation systems. Must be familiar with the principles of capital project management including project scoping, capital estimation, business case analysis, project implementation, project commissioning, and project turnover / closure. Provides project management for facility projects, new equipment installation, and new construction.
