Project Controls Manager - (New York, NY)

Job Location: Project Controls Manager Job Duration: 12+ Months Job Location: New York, NY Description: This position is expected to lead a team of project controls specialists that perform cost control, scheduling, and document control tasks. Project Controls Manager (PCM) directly interfaces with the Client. On new projects / programs, the PCM sets up and implements processes in line with our Client's expectations, their internal systems, and clien standards and best practices. These processes include but are not limited to: Budget development and management Cash flow Change Management Accruals Scheduling Document management and control Key performance indicators (KPI) Payment requisitions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related position. Min 15 yrs of background in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
