Insurance P/L Account Manager(s) - (Weymouth, MA)

Our client wants someone to be responsible for providing customer service to clients within an alpha split for incoming mail, but for all clients who contact them by phone or in person. Knowledge of Applied/EPIC operating system, underwriting guidelines for many insurance companies, excess markets, MA pools and their many varied computer systems necessary. Follow through on problems to a proper conclusion in a timely manner. Resolve problems that require judgment based on company guidelines. Work with producers on their accounts.
