F&B Trout Pond - Seasonal - (Forest Lake, MN)

Responsibilities- Greet guests, hand out cane poles & weigh fish Baits hooks, removes hooks from caught fish, and deliver fish to the kitchen by helping run fish back and forth. Monitor event area, remove dead fish and handle operations during non-event hours Cashiering and management skills; filling out and keeping track of fish orders, tickets and boxes. Position responsibilities- Providing friendly, polite, professional and accurate customer service Food Safety Knowledge a plus Wear appropriate uniform provided -purple F&B shirt and fishing vest will be provided; will need to wear their own shorts, pants or capris in black or khaki and closed toed shoes All other duties as assigned Keywords:fish, customer service, food run
